During the student vacation period, Energo University employees participated in an 8-day corporate training program titled "Energo Leaders 5.0." The training was aimed at developing key skills in leadership, management, effective communication, fostering a positive corporate culture, and integrating innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence, into the educational process.
The program was opened by Rector Gani Nygymetov, who shared his vision, personal experience, and knowledge on leadership and management with his colleagues. He emphasized the importance of effective management changes during his speech.
One of the program's key topics was the strategy for attracting prospective students. Professor and Advisor to the Rector Fuad Gadzhiev shared his extensive experience on this subject with his colleagues.
Other speakers included Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Aibek Zhupankhan, Vice-Rector for Science Kuanish Alipbayev, Vice-Rector for Development Aizhamal Zhazykpaeva, Chief Financial Officer Gulzhan Kosshegulova, as well as department heads and experienced specialists from various divisions – ranging from the academic block to procurement, HR, work with students and graduates, and the press center.
-The knowledge and skills gained by colleagues during the course will not only improve the university's internal operations but also significantly enhance its competitiveness in the educational services market, - noted Vice-Rector for Development Aizhamal Zhazykpaeva.
