As part of Cyber Day, Energo University awarded the winners and prize-winners of intra-university tournaments on cybersports and cybersecurity.
The cybersports tournament for students of all disciplines at Energo University is held annually by the Cybersecurity Department of the Institute of Automation and Information Technology. The students competed in two disciplines - Dota 2 and Counter Strike. More than 300 participants from 62 teams competed for the prizes. The winners and prize winners were 6 teams (30 players). Medals and prizes were awarded to students studying in the fields of "Software Engineering", "Information Security Systems", "Automation and Control", "Electric Power Industry", "System Engineering", "Integration and management of Smart Technologies".
The winners and prize-winners of the cybersecurity tournament for students of the Information Security Systems specialty were also awarded. As part of this competition, participants decrypted data, searched for flags in images, analyzed web vulnerabilities, and used software tools to search for information.
During Cyber Day, the participants of the competition were not only rewarded, but also three intellectual competitions were organized for the audience. The smartest ones received valuable prizes.
