On the eve of Science Day, Energo University Rector Gani Nygymetov met with the university’s department heads.
During the meeting he recognized colleagues who had made significant contributions to research and emphasized the importance of fostering scientific activity within every department. The session also provided an opportunity for academic leaders to voice current challenges and share suggestions for improving their departments' work directly with the university’s top leadership.
“Department heads are key figures in the university’s management system. Without their engagement and leadership, progress in science and the meaningful transformation of the university would be impossible” said Gani Nygymetov.
The Rector noted that such meetings will become a regular practice and a new university tradition—aimed at aligning goals, optimizing resources, and building the university of the future through teamwork and mutual trust.
