At the Energo University (Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumbarbek Daukeev), a student took third place in the republican Olympiad on fire safety. On April 25-26, at the M.O. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, the XVI Republican Student Subject Olympiad among higher educational institutions on the discipline «Fire Safety» was held as part of the educational program 6V11210 «Life Safety and Environmental Protection». Eleven universities of Kazakhstan participated in the Olympiad.
