Within the framework of cooperation between Energo University and Anhalt University of Applied Sciences (Köthen, Germany), from April 20th to 27th, Antje Fechner, a language center lecturer from the foreign university, visited Almaty to teach German to students of the joint educational program «Systems Engineering».
«Enhancing the level of international academic mobility is one of the key priorities of our university», says Meirimkul Tuleup, head of the language department at Energo University. «Our goal is to strengthen ties with prestigious educational institutions abroad. Today, our students and faculty have a unique opportunity to gain new knowledge and experience by interacting with experts from the international educational community».
Antje Fechner, a lecturer from the Language Center at Anhalt University, has visited Energo University for the third time. During this time, she has become familiar to many students of the joint educational program «Systems Engineering». As noted by the language department, the German teacher's lessons have already become an integral part of the educational process. Thanks to such classes, students maintain a positive attitude and their interest in learning the German language is reinforced. Moreover, according to the faculty members, Antje Fechner has become not only a teacher but also a friend to many participants of our university's academic community.
It's worth mentioning that within the cooperation between Energo University and Anhalt University, last May, a senior lecturer from our university's language department, Sarakul Abishevna Muratbekova, visited the German university.
