Training for management personnel of AUPET "Methodology of management audit of the university" was held on September 23-24, 2022. It was organized by the Academy "National Teacher".
Vice-rectors, directors of institutes, heads of departments, heads of departments and departments took part in the training.
The first day was devoted to the model of university development, HR policy.
The first strategic session was conducted by Gulmira Kurganbayeva, CEO moderator of the "National Teacher" Online Academy, PhD in Economics, MPA, analyst and Raushan Raiskhanova, trainer, ECGA Executive Director, independent director of EMK LLP, HR consultant, PHR, SHRM.
The training was held in an active format. All colleagues were inspired and united by one idea - to develop, improve and move forward!
The second day of the training was dedicated to the strategic session. Directions of the SWOT analysis of the university environment, analysis of the education market, missions, visions, values of the University of AUPET named after Gumarbek Daukeyev were considered.
The teams deliberately wrote out the strategy of the university in the main areas: academic excellence, excellence in science, human resource development, digitalization, infrastructure and ecosystem.
All participants were satisfied with the quality of the training and expressed their readiness to continue active work on the application of the acquired knowledge.
