The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev delivered the next Message to the people of Kazakhstan “A Just State. United nation. Prosperous society” on September 01, 2022. Important issues concerning the development and prospects of our country were raised in the message. In his address, the Head of State paid special attention to the socio-economic sphere. So, for the comprehensive protection of citizens in the social sphere, several initiatives were put forward. In particular, recently the problem of changing the retirement age of women has been raised in society more and more often. The retirement age for women will now remain at 61 until 2028. It is also proposed to transfer 50% of the annual investment income from the National Fund to special savings accounts for children until they reach the age of majority without the right to early withdrawal. Thus, the capital of the National Fund will be used in the interests of the people, for the financial support of the new generation.
As you know, young people have a special place in society. The President instructed the government to create 100,000 new jobs for young people and provide them with a 2.5 percent soft loan to start their own business. That is, young professionals will be able to become full-fledged members of society, having formed as entrepreneurs. In his Address, the Head of State set and instructed specific proposals and tasks related to the adoption of new standards for the accreditation of pedagogical universities and the development of a teacher's competency framework, the revision of migration policy to attract talented specialists, ensuring the independence of judges, attracting new investors to our economy, raising the level of the minimum wage and others. This undoubtedly inspires confidence in building a "bright future for our Motherland."
Our President continues to systematically transform such values as justice, social equality and openness into concrete decisions and law. We believe that this is the only prerequisite for establishing a fair Kazakhstan. On September 1, 2022, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered a Message to the people of Kazakhstan at a joint meeting of the chambers of the Parliament. In the Address, the President of Kazakhstan set the priority goals of the socio-economic development of our country.
The President paid special attention to the entire education system - from preschool to higher education. The construction of schools, the accreditation of teachers, the increase in the social status and salaries of preschool teachers are the main aspects touched upon in the Message.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev assigns a special and important role to teachers in building a just Kazakhstan. One cannot but agree with this, because it is the teacher who plays a huge role in the development and formation of the personality on the basis of national and universal values, in the education of citizenship, patriotism and love for one's Motherland.
In the Address, the language issue was also touched upon. Knowledge of several languages opens up great opportunities for a person to communicate with representatives of other nationalities, broadens their horizons and thinking, and develops communication skills.
Thus, we, as educators, must make every effort to improve the quality of education, educate competitive youth capable of building a bright future for our country.

On September 1, 2022, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev delivered his next Message to the people of Kazakhstan. The main part of the Message dealt with socio-economic development. However, the Head of State also touched upon the most important problem related to the education system. According to our leader, it is education that plays a key role in raising the potential of a nation. The future of any country is formed in the cradle of a baby, so the area of preschool education should be a priority. Our state needs to solve the issue of providing kindergartens. Measures should be taken to improve the social status and wages of kindergarten teachers, who are the driving force behind progress in education.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev raised the problems of secondary education, which is another significant factor in the formation of a successful nation. The President instructed to create 800,000 places in schools that meet modern requirements until 2025. All illegally obtained funds from corrupt officials should be collected in court and spent on building schools. The decisive role in building a Just Kazakhstan, according to the head of state, is played by school teachers. The state will have to adopt a new standard for the accreditation of pedagogical universities and develop a framework for the competence of a teacher. In the era of global scientific and technological progress, special attention should be paid to the teaching of subjects of the natural and mathematical cycle and the English language. At the same time, our children should be fluent in Kazakh and Russian.
On issues of higher education, the head of state noted that educational institutions of technical and vocational education should focus on the real needs of the labor market and comply with the tasks of the new economic course of the country. As the quality of universities improves, the cost of education will increase too. The state plans to continue to allocate educational grants. Students who study for a fee will be able to take preferential loans at 2-3% per annum. It should be noted that these measures will make higher education more accessible.
