The Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek congratulated four faculty members of Energo University on being awarded the title of "Best University Teacher – 2024."
The prestigious award was given to:
Gulmira Kazhymuratovna Vasilina – Professor, PhD, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer, Department of Mathematics
Sanat Tolendiuly – PhD, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Space Engineering
Yerkebulan Sametuly Nurgizat – Assistant Professor, Department of Electronic Engineering
Zhаuyt Algazy – Research Professor, PhD, Associate Professor of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Department of Electronic Engineering
The "Best University Teacher" national competition is held annually. This year, a special commission selected the most outstanding candidates from more than 900 applicants. As a result, 150 university faculty members from 38 universities across Kazakhstan received the award. The selection criteria included various factors such as the development and publication of electronic educational resources and teaching materials, scientific publications in national and international journals, patents for inventions, teaching quality, and more.
