An open lecture for students of Energo University dedicated to Kazakhstan's anti-corruption policy was held in Almaty. The event was hosted by Zharkyn Galymov, First Deputy Head of the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of Almaty.
At the meeting were discussed the basic principles of anti-corruption work, the role of youth in building an honest society, and ways to combat corruption in everyday life. Special attention was paid to digital tools that help citizens report violations.
The students learned about current anti-corruption services and mechanisms for protecting rights. The lecture was held in a dialogue format — participants could ask questions and share their opinions.
Energo University regularly holds such meetings with experts in order to improve students' legal literacy and create an intolerant attitude towards corruption.
