The XVII Republican Student subject Olympiad among students of the educational program "Electric Power Engineering" was held at Energo University.
Teams from leading technical universities of Kazakhstan took part in the Olympiad. According to the results of the two competition days, the places were distributed as follows:
1st place — Al-Farabi Kazakh National University
2nd place — Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev
3rd place — L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University
In accordance with the regulations on the Olympiad, the host party does not participate in the competition program. In 2024, the Energo University team won first place, which allowed the university to become the organizer and host of the event in 2025.
