On May 8, a delegation from the International Information Technology University (IITU)
visited Energo University.
A tour of the buildings was conducted for colleagues and faculty, and the capabilities
and equipment of laboratories and classrooms were demonstrated.
The culmination of the visit was the signing of a cooperation agreement between the
universities. The signatures were signed by Gani Nygymetov, Rector of Energo
University, and Asylbek Isakhov, Rector of IITU.
The agreement assumes:
- joint staff training, development and implementation of scientific and innovative
projects;
- conducting joint research and development of educational and methodological
documentation;
- organization and holding of joint events for the development of IT education;
- involvement of students, graduate students and PhD candidates in IT projects and
solving practical research and educational tasks;
- mutual use of the laboratory base and exchange of data and API source codes, which
will enable employees, PhD candidates and students to develop joint products, modules
and components for the commercialization of research and educational results.
