The first stage was successfully completed by 11 of the 12 students of the program, an interim assessment was conducted, during which the results of mastering the training modules and practices were revealed.

According to the head of University Relations at Tavrida Electric, senior mentor Valeria Gomanova, the assessment of knowledge summed up the average score for the practice "AS IS" (As it is) with a coefficient of 10 and the average score for the practice "AS TO BE" (As it should be) with a coefficient of 20.

According to the results of the certification in the Energynet.LAB of the Energo University, the following three leaders were identified:

In addition, students who showed high academic results and successfully completed interviews received offers of paid internships in real projects of the TEL technology partner.

"The first stage allowed not only to assess the level of theoretical training of students, but also to build individual trajectories of further development. The best students are already involved in practical projects, which confirms the high practice-oriented nature of the program," said Bekzat Amirkulov, head of Energynet.LAB.

The students are about to begin their final project: "Comprehensive Modernization Project of the Distribution Network" based on a real-world object.

"Despite the fact that we already have leaders, all students can claim cash bonuses based on the results of their final works," said Ruslan Kuznetsov, head of the international Energynet.LAB project.
