On June 14, the grand final of My Extra Case Competition, the largest school case championship that brought together ambitious, brave and motivated high school students from all over Kazakhstan, took place at the Dala EDGE (Creative Industries Park) in Almaty.
The 9 strongest teams from Karaganda, Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, Kyzylorda, Uralsk, Atyrau, Semey and Shchuchinsk went through a multi—stage selection process, months of preparation, teamwork and creation of real solutions to present their projects to experts and compete for the main prize fund of 1,000,000 tenge.

Each of the finalist teams received grants for full-time study at Energo University, thereby getting a unique chance to continue their development at one of the country's leading universities. It's not just a reward, it's an investment in the future.
The uniqueness of My Extra Case Competition lies in the depth of the approach: participants solved cases based on real challenges in the fields of business, society and finance, and presented their ideas in Kazakh, Russian and English, demonstrating the level of real young professionals.
The championship was the result of the efforts of the My Extra Lab team and the COSMOS NPIO Foundation, whose mission is to develop future skills in schoolchildren: entrepreneurship, critical thinking, teamwork and leadership.
