The seventh rector of the Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company “Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications” (AUPET) from 2017 to 2023.

She is a Doctor of Economics, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Professor of Mathematics, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization. She is the author of over 120 scientific and methodological publications, including 5 monographs and 6 textbooks and teaching aids. She has served as a member of the Dissertation Council at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and as an expert for the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (accreditation of universities and educational programs). Chairman of the Board - Rector of the NAO "Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov".
