On April 16, a round table on the topic: "Dialogue and civil participation - the basis of national unity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held online. Students of groups LSEP-20-2; ST-20-2; EE-20-2; HPE-20-4; EE-20-2; MITRE-20-2; HPSSAIF-20-2 took part in the event. The round table was organized by professors of the department of social disciplines and the office of "Rukhani Zhangyru" D.S. Orynbekova, A. T. Mukhambedyarova, G.D. Sharakpaeva.
The participants of the round table unanimously noted that only a nation that does not stand still and looks forward to the future is able to show the world its achievements. Today we face the task of forming a new paradigm for the development of our people and a new quality of the nation.
According to Professor Orynbekova D.S., life itself dictates to us the need to adapt to the requirements of the time, both an individual and society as a whole. For a qualitatively new development of our nation, our daily life attitudes must change. And new principles and new guidelines must be established in society.
The participants of the round table focused on the need to develop dialogue and civil participation in our society as the basis of national unity in the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to Professor A.T. Mukhambedyarova, we have set a course for the construction of the “Hearing State”. The essence of this approach is not just in the situational response of government agencies to the daily problems of the population. This is, above all, a constant dialogue between the authorities and society. A new impetus to the development of public dialogue was given by the National Council of Public Trust. It institutionalized the nationwide dialogue process in our country. A package of political reforms was his result. In particular, the Law “On Peaceful Assemblies”, new in its democratic essence, was adopted. Changes have been made to the laws “On political parties”, “On elections”, “On the Parliament and the status of its deputies”. Amendments to the Criminal Code regarding the decriminalization of Article 130 and the humanization of Article 174 were adopted. This is only the beginning of our reforms in the political sphere, we must reform almost all institutions of state power.
The main goal of the reforms is to increase the efficiency of the functioning of the entire state. During the event, a variety of opinions from the student youth were expressed. The active civic position of our youth and awareness of their responsibility for the future of the country impresses. Topics of presentations presented at the event: dialogue as a specific form of communication and communication; the hearing state is the basis of national unity in the Republic of Kazakhstan; human and civil rights in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan: goals, objectives, functions. According to Associate Professor Sharakpaeva G.D., if we really want to improve the lives of our citizens, then we should involve them in the reform process. Our subsequent political reforms should be aimed at greater involvement of people in the governance of the country. The main enemies of democracy are ignorance and populism. Summing up the discussion, the participants of the round table expressed the hope that our citizens would support the reforms and, having received new political opportunities, would not allow society to slide into "hypocracy". The success of all upcoming reforms and transformations depends on our unity, patriotism, civic responsibility and participation.
For a qualitatively new development of our nation, our daily life attitudes must change. New principles and new guidelines must be established in society. “In order to have knowledge, one must study. To be rich, you need to have your own business. To be strong, you need unity. And for all this, you need to work tirelessly,” these words of the great educator Akhmet Baitursynov are still relevant today. According to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.-Zh. Tokaev, the generation of the twenty-first century should be deeply educated. We must instill in the public consciousness the ideals and values of labor. It is necessary to accustom the youth to tireless work. Professionalism, discipline and high responsibility should become characteristic features of all of us. Justice is an important condition for the development of society. Justice is of particular importance in the fate of the country and people. We need to cultivate such qualities as honesty, frugality and thoroughness. According to the participants of the dialogue platform, this is the only way we can build a competitive state and create an intellectual, united nation. A strong system of "Responsible State - Responsible Society - Responsible Person" must be rooted in our country.
